In recent years, the environment surrounding children has drastically changed due to various social factors such as declining birth rates, nuclear family structures, digitalization, globalization, and diverse value systems. Additionally, there has been an increase in school absenteeism and child suicides, as well as rising issues related to child abuse and child poverty. The problems faced by the adults surrounding children are also diversifying and need to be addressed.

In April 2023, the Children and Families Agency was established, accelerating societal efforts to tackle child-related issues. Ahead of this, in 2022, we launched the "Children's Team," leveraging the company's accumulated expertise in policy formulation support, human resource development, data utilization, and behavioral design to promote child support.

Our goal is to create a society where "no one is left behind" and where "children can have hope and thrive." Achieving this requires a multifaceted approach through collaboration with various stakeholders. The Children's Team leverages our strengths?such as policy formulation support, human resource development, data utilization, and behavioral design?to provide consulting services tailored to each situation. We work with diverse stakeholders, including individuals, government bodies, specialized institutions, and community builders, from understanding the current situation to vision formulation and implementation support.
