Service Overview
In response to the severe shortage of personnel in the caregiving field in recent years, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare established the "Productivity Improvement Guidelines in the Caregiving Sector" in 2019. Furthermore, in 2022, a "Policy Package for Improving the Working Environment of Caregiving Staff" was formulated. This package specifies the establishment of "Comprehensive Consultation Centers for Productivity Improvement in Caregiving" in each prefecture over the next few years, serving as a one-stop consultation point for caregiving facilities working on productivity and operational improvements.
Our company, leveraging the expertise, know-how, and human networks gained through initiatives such as the development of the "Productivity Improvement Guidelines in the Caregiving Sector" and the platform project for the development, demonstration, and dissemination of caregiving robots (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), which precedes the "Comprehensive Consultation Centers for Productivity Improvement in Caregiving," will support the launch of Comprehensive Consultation Centers for Productivity Improvement in municipalities and the promotion of productivity improvement and DX in caregiving sites at caregiving facilities in a collaborative manner.
Consulting Approach
In supporting the launch of Comprehensive Consultation Centers for Productivity Improvement in Caregiving for municipalities, we establish a support secretariat and, as a Project Management Office (PMO), facilitate a smooth start-up and operation of the centers from all aspects. Specifically, we assist with professional consultations from caregiving facilities, as well as the planning and management of seminars and training sessions, and the development of model facilities in the region. Additionally, we offer support for the development of center staff, building networks with other institutions, and creating synergistic effects with related businesses.
For productivity improvement and Digital Transformation (DX) support at caregiving facilities, we collaborate with the project team to support management improvement of the facilities, analysis of issues in the caregiving field, and the selection, introduction, application, and establishment of technologies such as caregiving robots and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). We can also assist with the introduction and establishment of caregiving assistants and foreign personnel. Our service is characterized by side-by-side support that considers the perspective of those working in the caregiving field.
