The Human Information Database® is a globally unique platform designed to "listen to humans, understand humans, and empathize with humans." Developed in collaboration with leading researchers, nationwide monitors, and clients, this platform aims to elucidate people's personalities and decision-making processes. The Human Information Database® not only contains basic information such as age, gender, occupation, hobbies, and healthcare but also what we call "Deep Data" - extensive data on people's personalities, values, and cognitive biases. Cognitive biases, the irrational tendencies in decision-making inherent to humans, have recently garnered attention for their application in business contexts. Furthermore, we have acquired distinctive and highly original data groups on personality and values in cooperation with renowned researchers.
Utilizing the various types of data, including "Deep Data" from the Human Information Database®, we provide deep insights into consumers that were previously not visible. By combining this with client-owned data (such as behavioral data), we delve into aspects of human nature that are difficult to discern from existing data, contributing to the creation of new value in client businesses.

Listening to Humans:
We provide advice based on specialized knowledge of "Deep Data," concerning what data is necessary for solving the client's challenges. We also support from scratch the acquisition, design, and research of data that includes "Deep Data."
Understanding Humans:
The data obtained by "listening to humans" is analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques (cluster analysis, statistical testing, causal inference) and AI tools (like Tensor SOM). This data-driven analysis helps surface diverse consumer personas and models their behavioral principles.
Empathizing with Humans:
Based on the personas developed from understanding humans, we propose effective strategies and interventions. We support the creation of mechanisms (nudges) to satisfy consumers, using the "Deep Data" gathered and insights from cognitive science and behavioral economics.
